Parents come too
The camp is a family camp — at least one parent stays on campus for the full fortnight. Samskāra is learned together, not delegated.
Every path uses the same parampara — only the setting changes.
॥ ग्रीष्म शिबिरम् ॥On-Campus · 14-day residential family camp
Fourteen days on the 70-acre Forest Ridge campus — for children 7 to 15, with their parents. Mantras at dawn, mud and fields by day, stories after dusk.

॥ १ ॥What makes this camp different
The camp is a residential taste of Gurukulam life — the same rhythm our full-time students live, compressed into a fortnight.

The camp is a family camp — at least one parent stays on campus for the full fortnight. Samskāra is learned together, not delegated.

Not an activity programme. It is the same daily cycle our full-time students live — Pratahkal, yoga, martial practice, meditation, workshops and open fields — held for fourteen days.

Phones, tablets and gaming devices stay at home for the duration. That absence is a large part of what families notice.

Children farm, cook, chant, make pottery, kayak, and sleep tired. Most families tell us the change shows in the first week home.
॥ २ ॥A day at camp
A day at camp, in the order it unfolds. Timings are indicative and shift with the season and the weather.

Waking with the campus. Shlokas and chanting before the sun clears the ridge.

Bodies first. Asana, then a traditional martial form under the trees.

Stillness as a skill — short, guided, and taught patiently.

Two blocks a day — Ithihaasa, Samskrutham, astronomy, theater and more.

Sattvic meals cooked on campus, then the quiet hour after lunch.

A story circle before lights out, every day of the fortnight.
॥ ३ ॥Workshops
Workshops run through the day and evening, alongside farm and field time.
The epics — heard, retold, and carried into the evening story circle.
Samskrutham spoken aloud, not only read on a page.
The night sky over seventy acres, and the calendar drawn from it.
Rehearsed across the fortnight, performed for parents on the closing days.
Photography walks across the campus, in the hours the light is worth it.
The daily routine, and the reasoning underneath it.
॥ ४ ॥Campus moments
Fourteen days on seventy acres, barefoot and early. This is the campus they wake up on.
