With over 24 years of experience in USA and three decades of overall global experience in automotive vehicle and home appliance design, engineering, and Oracle R12 ERP implementation, Ramesh brings a wealth of technical and managerial expertise.
A dedicated scholar of Indic Knowledge Systems, he has completed multiple courses from the Hindu University of America and is passionately working towards reviving the Sanatana Eco-System.
His mission is to: De-colonize Indian education by challenging Western academic frameworks and Revive Bharateeya Shiksha Paddhati, India’s time-tested traditional education system and Reignite India’s scientific acumen through a Shastra and Samskrutham-based approach to learning.

With over 24 years of experience in the USA, Swapna has worked as an Automotive Embedded Engineer, ERP implementation Techno-Functional Consultant, and Data Migration Specialist.
A passionate educator, she has been homeschooling her child for the past four years with a focus on Indic Knowledge Systems.
She has also led a Sanskrutham-based homeschooling group in Bengaluru, pioneering a curriculum that integrates traditional Indian pedagogy with modern scientific learning.

An interdisciplinary educator with a background in Engineering, Science, Research, and Experiential Education.
He uses project-based and inquiry-driven approaches to connect Mathematics and Science with real-world experiences.
With experience mentoring both mainstream and neurodiverse learners, he focuses on curiosity, experimentation, teamwork, and holistic student development.

A scholar and practitioner of theatre arts, with advanced expertise in drama, performance, and theatre education.
Brings together academic knowledge and practical experience to nurture creativity, confidence, self-expression, and an appreciation for the performing arts.

Imparts knowledge of Samskritam, Nāṭyaśāstram, and Tarkaśāstram, introducing students to the richness of the Sanskrit language, the principles of Indian performing arts, and the traditions of logical inquiry and debate.

Guides students in Telugu language and literature, fostering strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and a love for the richness of the Telugu language.

Experienced in adapting teaching approaches to individual learning needs and creating an environment where every student can learn, explore, and thrive.

Trains students in Mallakhamb and physical activities, developing strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, discipline, and physical confidence.

Explores History, Geography, Economics, Civics, and Society to help students understand people, places, cultures, and the forces that shape our world.

Explores Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) and brings its rich traditions into contemporary learning, while managing social media to share the Gurukulam’s educational journey, activities, and values with a wider audience.
